On this site you can find all the details about our very own Soap Box Derby races, how to become a racer and more. —— We have open track practice sessions where you can come get introduced to the sport, meet all the volunteers, and start your racing fun. We hold these events every Wednesday evening starting April 10, 2024. ——— We have a rally race on May 18th and 19th that is open to anyone in the country who wants to race at our track. ——— The big Omaha area championship race which sends the winners to the World Championsips in Akron, Ohio takes place on June 22, 2024. This race only has participants from Omaha and the surrounding area per our race boundary. ———————————————————————————————————- Please note the following concerning Omaha Nebraska Local and Rallies: Rally dates for 2024 May 18th May 19th September 28th September 29th Local date for 2024 June 22nd 1. We will be using a Wheel Bank (Local Race City Owned) 2. Wheels will be randomly selected 3. 0-4-0 wheel swap
